LOCATED ON THE SIXTH FLOOR OF THE GREE LIFE RESIDENCE, IT IS CALLED " GREEN LIFE DELUXE 1"
OCCUPANCY FROM 2 TO 6 PEOPLE
The apartment is spread over an area of 65 m2 and is divided into a large living area with open kitchen (equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher), living room with an island sofa that can be opened comfortably double bed and 55 'TV, 2 bedrooms (one with designer bathtub next to the bed), 2 bathrooms with shower head, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating in order to allow guests to experience the sea even out of season.
Surrounding the apartment is a terrace of 100 m2 which sideways views the sea, with a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable slats and a 4-seater whirlpool tub, as well as a large solarium with sun loungers.
EQUIPMENT: linen (towels and sheets), courtesy set, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, pots.
SERVICES INCLUDED: welcome with a bottle of prosecco and seasonal fruit. Daily cleaning with rearrangement of beds and surface and bathroom cleaning, beach umbrella with sunbeds, covered parking space.
PRICES: according to the period, from a minimum of 300 € per day to a maximum of 600 € per day.
PAID SERVICES AT THE HOTEL ON RESERVATION: buffet breakfast (14.00 € per person per day), lunch (22 € per person per day), dinner (28 € per person per day).
