The apartment is spread over an area of 58 m2 and is divided into a large living area with open kitchen (equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher), living room with an island sofa that can be opened comfortably double bed and 55 'TV, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower head, toilet and bidet. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in every room and underfloor heating to allow guests to experience the sea even outside season.A terrace of
100 m2 with a side view of the sea surrounds the apartment, with a bioclimatic pergola with adjustable slats and a 4-seater whirlpool tub, as well as a large solarium with sun loungers.
EQUIPMENT: linen (towels and sheets), courtesy set, coffee machine, kettle, cutlery, plates, pots.
SERVICES INCLUDED: welcome with a bottle of prosecco and seasonal fruit. Daily cleaning with rearrangement of beds and surface and bathroom cleaning, beach umbrella with sunbeds, covered parking space.
PRICES: according to the period, from a minimum of 300 € per day to a maximum of 600 € per day.
